          ● “I have to get to treatment, but I’m not stable enough to do it alone.”

          The fastest way to get sober isn’t a trick. It’s the shortest path to stability plus accountability—so you

          don’t fall back into the same loop.

          The fastest way to get Sober starts with a 72-hour plan

          I move quickly, but I don’t rush blindly. I start by building a plan for the next three days, because those
         &#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          days are where most people slip.
         &#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          Here’s what I focus on first:
         &#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
    
          1) I identify your real triggers (not just the obvious ones)

          Triggers aren’t only bars or parties. Sometimes it’s mornings, loneliness, payday, arguments, or even

          As a result, you don’t rely on motivation. You rely on a plan you can repeat.

          3) I make accountability practical, not stressful
