Sober Coaching
My support is designed to help individuals who are recovering from addiction, alcoholism and mental health or who want to maintain their sobriety. As your Sober Coach I work one-on-one with to provide guidance, motivation, and practical strategies for staying sober and navigating the challenges of life & recovery. Setting goals, developing healthy habits, managing triggers, and building a strong support network are imperative to me.
Unlike therapists or counselors, I focus more on everyday support and practical aspects of recovery, helping you to apply what you've learned in therapy or treatment into your daily life. Together, we create a plan for long-term success and assist with issues like finding employment, improving relationships, and developing new hobbies.
