ABOUT ME

I am an Advocate for those struggling with all types of Addictions. In 2014, I faced my own critical turning point after many years of substance over-use that lead me down my own path of self-destruction. Thankfully, two pivotal things came my way: the ‘gift of desperation’ and wanting a second chance at a better, healthier and stable life. It was so transformative that it inspired me to dedicate my time and energy to helping others overcome their own addictions and hardships. Through years of training in Canada and the US, as well as my own lived-experience, I am well-equipped to provide private personal support care to those who are struggling with alcohol and drug over-use, and some various mental health issues. I do this by providing in-home private care or scheduled home visits based on an agreed upon personal plan for your loved one. As an Addiction Expert, I use several modalities

and strategies for providing effective solutions for anyone exploring Sobriety and better Mental Health.
